Everything you need to know for your stay
Deposit
For a stay of 7 days, a deposit of 30% is required. We kindly ask you to transfer the remaining balance to our bank account 30 days before arrival. For stays shorter than 7 days, the full amount is due immediately.
Payment
The amount due must be received in our account 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation & No-show
In case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount will be charged. In case of early departure or late arrival, the entire booked stay will be charged. Meals not taken in case of late arrival or early departure will not be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, such as HGV Stornoschutz, to be financially covered in case of an emergency.
Check-in & Check-out
Please note that the rooms are available on the day of arrival from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Local tax
For all guests aged 14 and over, a local tax of €3.00 per person per night applies. This amount is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.
Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Val Gardena Guest Pass
Purpose
The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body ofthe Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and toprovide the associated services.
Recipient
In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to theMobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder andunified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller inprocessing the transferred data. For further information regarding the processingto which the data will be subjected, you can send an email to privacy@moko.bz.it.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR.
Terms
- Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige GuestPass/Val Gardena Guest Pass/Mobil Card (consequently Guest Pass) will be issuedto the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regionalgovernment No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well from 0:00 on the day of arrival until 24:00 on the day of departure.
- The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil”network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourismorganization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info
- The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium,appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Associationof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of theadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
